Tactics to protect yourself and those closest to you

Rodrigo Martínez Dear Affiliates and Clients I want to send you this message as you and your loved ones are in my thoughts and meditations during this difficult time on our little planet. While it is wise to take coronavirus and economic chaos seriously, I can also suggest that all of this will pass. Sooner or later. I offer you these suggestions to protect yourself and the people closest to you through this uncertainty: 1 Remember the big picture. All of this will end and the good times will eventually return. Do what you have to do to get out of the storm safely and stay connected to the starlight. Even the darkest night offers you a luminous beauty of the sky to appreciate. 2 Heroes are made in difficult times. Anyone can show leadership, mastery, and positivity while everything is going well. Now is when you can show the world who you really are. And the values you skillfully represent. Take advantage of the situation to grow, be creative, brave and human. You have all this. 3 Optimize your morning routine. What is helping me the most right now are my “daily rituals of waking up.” Running on the treadmill, hydrating, eating well, meditating, reading, and praying during my Victory Hour between 5 and 6 in the morning is a litmus test. This is a gigantic favor in your life and mark your morning routine now. It could just save your life. 4. Deliver even more magic. The crowd is scared. Your colleagues are backing down. Everyone panics. Now is an excellent time to create even more value for your customers and be of great use to even more people. Work on your professional knowledge and professional skills even further. Listen to audiobooks, podcasts, online trainings, create a lot of video and publish news on your social networks to stay ahead of the market. The market demands [and will reward] your effort like never before. And you will be absolutely outstanding. What I want for you. 5. Fortify your health. Rest is even more important now to protect your immunity. “Rest is not a luxury, it is a necessity.” I also recommend that you update your morning exercise commitment, eat well, wash your hands, and meditate daily. 6. Select your content to read the news selectively. Avoid toxic people and isolate your positive approach allows you to prosper professionally and personally. And so I want to encourage you to also run this method. Do whatever it takes to find time to create, stay productive, and stay inspired right now. Find your personal sanctuary so you can do a great job. 7. Practice gratitude daily. What I mean by this is that now is a good time to appreciate all the good things in your life like never before. Gratitude is the antidote to fear. And focusing on the little graces and precious aspects of your life will keep you happy, safe, and healthy during this time of concern. Please stay strong. Keep your head up [and your heart open] and remember to be nice. We are all in this together. And I’m totally here for you. Love + respect Rodrigo Martínez Follow us on Facebook & Instagram
